Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world for a standard shipping rate.
Do Cassmere offer discount?
Our price are all fixed due to the limited quantity per item. However, we do discount sale on irregular basics. Sign up our mailing for discount sale updates.
Why if the item i want is out of stock
We have limited quantity per item and we serve customers by a 3 day payment policy. You can try your luck after 3 days if you are really interested in that item.
How to i pay for my item?
If you are in singapore, we do bank transfer by POSB or UOB. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque or money orders. Please wait for us to email you your final invoice before paying. Please pay your invoice within 3 days to the date of invoice issued. Invoice will be cancel prior to late payment.
For overseas customers, we only accept paypal or credit cards orders. Please wait for us to email you your final invoice. Please pay your invoice within 3 days to the date of invoice issued. Invoice will be cancel prior to late payment.
How long does it take for the item to reach me after purchase?
For singapore orders, it will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive.
For overseas orders, shipment times will vary according to the effeciency of your postal system. Please note that all orders are shipped directly out from Singapore.
How can I guarantee that I will definitely receive the item? What protection policies do I get?
For singapore orders, we recommand you opt for registered mail instead of normal mail. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mails sent thru normal posting.
For overseas orders. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged mails sent thru normal shipping. For registered mail, in the event that our customers do not receive their order, we will track the order with the post office.
After Purchase
Upon receiving the item, I realized the wrong item was shipped to me. What should I do?
You may send the item back to us with the order form enclosed, stating that you have received the wrong items. We will issue a reshipment immediately of the correct products. Prior to that, we please contact us in order for us process it more efficiently.
I am dissatisfied with the quality of the items I ordered. What should I do?
You may send the item back to us. We only do 1 to 1 exchanges for your item. Please contact us first before you send back the items to us.
Caring for your items
For Jewelry / Jewellery / Accessories
- Avoid overexposure to sunlight.- When storing your jewelry, where possible, store them in a cool, dry place. Sunlight causes discoloration and oxidation over time.
- Clean your jewellery after use. For best results, make use of a silver polishing cloth to clean your jewelry after use, before storing them. This prevents stains from staying on your jewellery, as body oils and perspiration are fairly acidic. When used everyday, a small piece of silver polishing cloth can last at least 3-5 years.
- Store pure silver jewellery separately from stainless steel ones.
- Avoid storing your genuine silver jewelry and costume jewelry together. This generally serves to prevent stratches.
- It is also a good idea to store jewelry in jewelry boxes / enclosed containers to reduce exposure to the atmosphere. Less oxidation will occur and the life span of your jewelry will be greatly increased.
- Remove any rings before washing your hands. Soap, detergents are all chemicals that breakdown our jewelry, so it is advisable to remove them before washing your hands. The same applies for necklaces and other costume jewelry as well. Avoid submersion in liquid fluids.
For Apparels, Etc:
When washing in your washing machine, always invert your apparel. This will prevent damage from any prints on your apparel. Never dry your apparels with a drying machine. It will cause your apparel to strink.
